SAP, Latin America Vice President, Human Resources
Jairo Fernandez has joined SAP Latin America as its new vice president of Human Resources, the company has announced.
Fernandez joins the German software company after eight years at Neoris, a Miami-based consulting company specializing in information technology and spun off from Mexican conglomerate Cemex.
At SAP, Fernandez will oversee more than 2,000 employees, roughly the same number as at Neoris, where he held a similar position. Prior to working with SAP, he worked in human resources and marketing for Unisys in Colombia.
“Jairo has more than 20 years of experience in human resources in the technology field,” said Rodolpho Cardenuto, president of SAP Latin America. “His responsibilities in human resouces at SAP Latin America will include strengthening our mission to continually invest in our people and create value for our clients.”
