Luthy will oversee financial affairs for the medical technology company

Medtronic Finance Director, Latin America

Patrick Luthy has been promoted to Finance Director for medical technology company Medtronic’s Miami-based Latin America headquarters.

As the chief financial officer for the Minneapolis company’s Latin America operations, Luthy will be managing the conversion to SAP software in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico as well as overseeing financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting.

Luthy joined Medtronic as a project manager in Finance in May 2008, coming from Merck, where he spent more than four years.
