Ken Finneran

Ken Finneran is the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Kaseya, a provider of complete IT infrastructure management solutions for managed service providers (MSPs) and mid-market enterprises (MMEs)

Finneran has been leading the strategic, global human resources function there since April 2018. He and his team have been supporting the company’s aggressive growth and leadership positions through HR/talent management initiatives.

Prior to joining Kaseya, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at National Beverage Corp., a $5 billion developer, manufacturer and distributor of flavored, non-alcoholic beverage products. During his tenure there, he implemented talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and leadership development strategies, which supported the company’s rapid growth (400% over 2 ½ years).

From 2006 – 2015, he served as VP of HR and subsequently as Chief People Officer for the Americas region of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, a $3.9 billion, privately held, global logistics service provider. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, Finneran was Founder & President of ICM – Intellectual Capital Management, an international consulting firm, specializing in strategic HR and organizational consulting. Previously, he worked as a manager for two large, multinational HR services companies.

Finneran has also been a speaker at summits and conferences on topics of leadership in the “New Normal”, strategic talent management, and the future of HR and learning. Furthermore, he sits on multiple advisory boards and serves as a mentor for young business professionals.

A proud father of two, he currently resides in Doral, FL. He enjoys golf, wine, travel, sports and spending time with friends & family.
