Martin Fischetti
A veteran with more than 20 years of experience in International Human Resources Management, Martin Fischetti is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Neoris.
Before his role at Neoris, Fischetti was the HR Partner at Business Skills where he launched the company’s new business development strategy in the U.S. and focused on business development and consulting delivery for multinational companies headquartered in Miami with operations in the LATAM region.
He was the Chief Human Resources Officer for The Cisneros Group of Companies, responsible for the company’s global talent acquisition and retention, competencies model, performance management, variable compensation, labor relations and administration of its human talent. He worked at Neoris/Cemex as Chief Human Capital Officer where he managed and implemented Neoris’ global variable compensation plan in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Venezuela, USA, Hungary & Spain. Prior to that, Martin held numerous positions at Telefonica Group in Argentina and USA, including Human Resources Vice President for USA & Puerto Rico. Martin also worked for DuPont in numerous projects and positions including Regional Manager for Compensation & Benefits for employees in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Venezuela.
Martin earned an International Affairs degree from Universidad del Salvador and The George Washington University, and an MBA from Universidad de Buenos Aires. He is also a Human Resources Management Certified Professional from University of Miami.
