Mark Van Genderen is the Vice President and Managing Director for Latin America at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. He is responsible for sales, revenue, and profit objectives; operations, market development in the region for motorcycles, parts and accessories and general merchandise. He also oversees the Company’s dealer and customer facing activities and relationships. Harley-Davidson is in the process of opening an additional motorcycle dealership in Brazil. Prior to joining Harley-Davidson, Mark worked as a Vice President of Trading and Operations for Branch Capital Management located in Michigan. While attending Graduate School, Mark worked at Ford Credit. Mark graduated from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in 1998, and Hope College in 1990. Paula Arnaldo is the Executive Director for Brazilian based company IBOPE Inteligencia International, where she is responsible for market research for Latin America. Paula’s areas of expertise are strategic communications and brand consulting with clients such as Unilever Foods, Johnson & Johnson, ESPN, Disney and FIFA among others. Previous to IBOPE, Paula was the Qualitative Research Director at Synovate where she was responsible for local and regional projects. Prior professional experience includes Director and Senior Analyst positions with companies like Research International Argentina, Tecnicas Group and Asecom SA. Paula earned a Psychology degree from Belgrano University in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She also earned a diploma in Psychology and Marketing from Buenos Aires University’s School of Psychology.  | Walter Zucca Aon |
Walter Zucca is the Director of HR M&A – International Unit for Aon Risk Solutions responsible for the Human Resources Mergers & Acquisitions and the Global Benefits Network Divisions. Previous to his current role, Walter developed much of his twelve years of human capital experience within the Aon organization with roles including Account Executive and Regional Consultant positions. Prior to Aon, Walter was an Account Manager for AIG. He is a Brazilian native who recently got relocated to Miami.Walter attended Mackenzie Presbyterian University in São Palo, Brazil and earned a Certificate in Global Benefits Management from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits plan.
