Data controller and data processor
All data collected through our website is controlled by WorldCity, Inc. The data is stored on servers located in the United States of America, backups are stored by Amazon S3. Additional data may be stored by our host provider, WPOven and through our third-party providers such as email services and CRMs.
How we collect your data
If you fill out a contact form, signup for an event, make a purchase or signup for a newsletter or opt-in form we collect data about you. Additionally, our website uses cookies which stores little bits of information about your visit in your web browser. Please read more about cookies below.
What data are we collecting
The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, phone number, company, IP address, and questionnaire information to better serve you. If you make an online purchase of a product or service, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialize in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
