Karen Saravia
Karen Saravia is the Director of Human Resources for Tiffany & Co.‘s Latin America region.
She has been with Tiffany & Co. for over 15 years, holding various positions, such as, Manager of HR for the Latin America region, Manager of HR Corporate Groups, Manager of Staffing Initiatives, and Human Resources Representative.
Before her time at Tiffany, she worked for Korn Ferry, a management consulting firm focused on synchronizing strategy and talent to drive optimal performance.
She earned her Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from the Teachers College of Columbia University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and International Relations from La Universidad Externado de Colombia.
