Rocio Sarabia
Rocio Sarabia is the Human Resources Director for Latin America at Lexmark International. Lexmark creates innovative imaging solutions and technologies that help customers worldwide print, secure and manage information and sells its products and services in more than 170 countries.
Rocio has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and is currently the HR leader for the Latin America region, her expertise includes new business units start-up, mergers and acquisitions, change management, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee relations, mentoring – coaching, team buildings and work/life programs
Previously she was the HR Director at Lexmark Mexico responsible for their manufacturing sites with a total of 6,500 employees. Prior to Lexmark she was the HR Director at Columbus Industries Rocio also worked at Fasco Motors and Baxter Health Care.
Rocio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the Technological Institute in Mexico and received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in New Mexico. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
